Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Effective October 28, 2026. Show Me Artists works with independent production and delivery partners. Carrier options, charges, and production times vary by product and destination.
Fine-art prints fulfilled by Artelo
Most Artelo prints are produced, quality-checked, and packaged within approximately 1–4 business days. U.S. carrier transit commonly takes 2–3 days after shipping. International transit varies by destination. Production and delivery are separate steps. These estimates are not guaranteed. Larger orders and quality-control checks may require more time.
Other merchandise and mixed orders
Other merchandise, including Printful-produced products when offered, may have different production and carrier times. Mixed orders may be shipped in multiple packages with separate tracking.
Shipping charges and tracking
Shipping charges and methods are calculated at checkout from the product, delivery address, and provider rate. Standard shipping is not automatically free. Artelo orders ordinarily have carrier tracking, which will be shared through available order and contact channels. A shipping label being created does not always mean a package has been collected.
Address accuracy and delays
Confirm your shipping name and address before checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses, undeliverable parcels, or refused deliveries may result in delays or extra costs for reshipment. Carrier delays, customs, holidays, and weather can affect delivery. For missing, damaged, or significantly delayed orders, contact us so we can investigate under our Refund & Order Issue Policy.
International delivery
When international shipping is offered, import fees, duties, and taxes may be collected by the destination country and are usually the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
